The location is perfect for a quiet escape, yet it’s only a short bus ride to Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport, which saved me a hefty taxi fare. Plus, with a bakery and pizzeria nearby, it felt like a true slice of Italian life. Our host Francesco was helpful, even offering to drive me to the airport, solidifying an already successful trip.
